About the Role
Duties
Preparation of legal documents including formatting correspondence and documents, photocopying and printing documentation;
Maintaining an efficient and effective electronic and paper filing system;
Maintaining diaries;
Providing exceptional client service to both external and internal clients, in person and by phone;
File management;
Monthly billing;
The Assist Business Development team with draft pitches and tenders; and
Assist with coordinating client events with the Business Development and Events team.
Skills & Experience
Looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in a legal secretarial or legal assistant role;
Needs well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal and impressive interpersonal skills; and
