This is a buyer’s agency that stands out amongst the rest This role will be fully WFH, servicing clients across the Gold Coast. With a strong focus on a high level of service, training, and mentoring of their agents and a team that genuinely loves what they do, this is an opportunity for either an established Buyers Agent/Associate or Sales Agent to join a highly successful team.

**The Role**:
This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth. This could also suit a residential Sales Agent or Associate looking for something left of center. Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

- Researching properties throughout the Gold Coast
- Taking buyer briefs from clients
- Managing client database
- Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop of the marketing
- Sourcing off-market properties
- Arranging appointments
- Assisting with administration and document execution
- Attending property inspections
- Negotiation and closing deals
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Gold Coast)
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
