This is a buyer's agency that stands out amongst the rest This role will be fully WFH, servicing clients across the Gold Coast.

The Role:

This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth. This could also suit a residential Sales Agent or Associate looking for something left of center.

Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

• Researching properties throughout the Gold Coast
• Taking buyer briefs from clients
• Managing client database
• Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop of the marketing
• Sourcing offmarket properties
• Arranging appointments
• Assisting with administration and document execution
• Attending property inspections
• Negotiation and closing deals
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Gold Coast)
• Ability to build longlasting client relationships
