Rare opportunity to join well established, GP-owned, and operated health service, located in Robina Gold Coast.

Due to their long-standing Practice Manager leaving due to health issues they are seeking an experienced Practice Manager ideally with GP or Healthcare-related industry experience to lead their team.

**Overseeing and coordinating a team of passionate GPs, receptionists, and nurses your duties will include**:

- maintaining day-to-day runnings of the clinic
- further growing and developing the clinic - business planning
- promoting a cohesive/collaborative working environment
- seeing to general repairs and maintenance of the clinic
- recruitment and onboarding of practitioners into the clinic
- Finances: Maintain and control debtors, creditors, and general ledger to ensure maximum profitability and cash flow and compliance with all taxation, record keeping, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare financial reports and tax records and liaise with an external accountant as required
- being a true team/clinic advocate
- working autonomously and independently

**Offer and clinic**:

- $75K-80K plus super
- Full time however PT considered

- very autonomous role reporting to GP Principal
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS BEST PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

**Desirable**:

- Solid GP Practice Management expereince
- Accredited training in business or medical practice management/ knowledge of medical
terminology
- Member of AAPM
