**Full-Time Buyer’s Assistant - Rosebery NSW**:
**Reports to**: Menswear Buyer

**Position Overview**:
The job role of the Buyers Assistant is a highly administrative role, providing essential support to the buying team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** **Creation and maintenance of product SKU’s, purchase orders & delivery schedules
- Run weekly sales reports in preparation for trade meeting
- Liaising with suppliers on timely delivery of stock
- Manage markdown and promotion upload
- Manage launches calendar
- Distribution and management of store communications
- Distribution and management of store communications inclusive of product launches, activations, price changes and markdowns
- Manage positive and productive relationships with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare Post seasonal review packs prior to market
- Resolution of queries pertaining to warehouse deliveries, including special deliveries and invoice discrepancy investigations
- Act as the first point of contact for Marketing and eCommerce Executives regarding product or brand queries
- Managing inter-store transfers
- Order form creation and maintenance
- Assisting the Buying Team with any ad hoc tasks

**Required Competencies**
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Buyers Assistant or similar role
