The Opportunity

AIA Australia has a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Delivery Lead in Front-End and Digital technology domain to take a lead role in delivering technical portion of small to large size projects. This exciting key role will see you engaging with other technology functions, Architecture, Tech Risk, Infrastructure, Project Delivery, and support. Contribute to, influence, and supervise key elements of the development and deployment of the technical solution.

To do this successfully you will:

- Having complete birds end to end view of the portfolio technical activities ensuring successful solution design and implementation.
- Take full responsibility for defining a technical solution based on business requirements and related Solution Architecture Design for assigned projects
- Build designs that address relevant areas of complexity and provide a fully considered and detailed solution design
- Optimize technical design to promote re-usability of technical components.
- Lead Development Teams (local and offshore) and vendors to deliver required software solution
- Onboarding and induction to new staff
- Solid commercial experience of working within software development projects
- Proven experience in front-end development using AEM and React, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of IAM solutions and authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0, SAML and OIDC
- Solid team leadership experience.
- Responsive design concepts, Continuous improvement knowledge.
- Wide knowledge of available tools, popular standards and work techniques in areas including security, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and testing automation.
