  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering to develop and implement front-end solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the front-end codebase, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement of front-end code, systems, and processes through innovative thinking and best practices.
  • Communicate technical design trade-offs and solutions effectively to business partners, translating technical concepts into layman's terms when necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and evaluate their applicability to our system.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Tech Stack
  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks such as
  • Extensive experience in building single-page applications (SPAs) using modern front-end tools and technologies, including Vite and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of web and application design optimization techniques for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Knowledge of the Laravel PHP Framework would be advantageous for developing the platform's API.
Desired Experience and Attributes
  • At least 4 years of experience in front-end development in a commercial environment.
  • Two or more years' experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Hands-on project building in a Cloud, ideally AWS environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
