We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our innovative and engaging team.

The Principal’s Executive Assistant is accountable to the Business Leader for contributing to the effective administration and management of the school by providing a comprehensive confidential para
- professional secretarial service to the Principal and executive secretarial duties to the Governing Council, which contributes to the effective operation of the school and achievement of educational outcomes for students.

**What you will do**:

- Creating/drafting documents and correspondence including letters, surveys, reports, educational and public relations material
- Managing complex, sensitive and confidential enquires from within and outside the school community either by phone or face to face
- Coordinating appointments and managing all travel arrangements, itineraries and reconciliation for the principal
- Responsibility for the managing of data entry work in EDU portal including HRS, IRMS, VSP, and STAR
- Providing an executive service to the School Governing Council including formulating agendas, distributing minutes and required follow-up

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in providing professional, confidential secretarial service and customer service for various school administrative functions with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in providing executive administration support to the Principal in a complex school environment
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining exceptional organisation whilst managing competing priorities and exercising initiative and confidentiality to deliver high quality service to the school community.
