**About the role**

Develop new content and facilitate face to face learning for our internal and external customers. Be responsible for the end-to-end project management of learning programs, from initial needs analysis to content creation, facilitation, evaluation, follow-up, coaching and administration. The role is central to creating relevant, stimulating, and challenging in person learning while fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

**What you'll do**
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs that address identified needs, for in-person delivery
- Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices into program design, ensuring engagement and effective knowledge transfer
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Continuously improve learning initiatives based on evaluation results, incorporating feedback and addressing identified gaps
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in learning and development practices and adapt training methodologies to suit different learning styles and needs
- Maintain accurate records for completed learning programs, and complete relevant administrative tasks
- Motivate, coach and support SA employees and external stakeholders to embed the learning and improve performance
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation

**About you**
- You are both professional and down to earth, and thrive when working in a highly collaborative, fun, and creative team
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent level of experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in L&D
- Sound understanding of adult learning principles
