Job Description:


Nine's sales team has won Media I's sales team of the year for the past 5 years, and we are looking for someone to join our fast-paced, high performing and energetic team.

Our people initiatives push the boundaries to build the future of our talented sales team, and we need someone who is creative and ambitious to take our skills and capability to the next level, through our bespoke learning & development program, Sales Academy


The next step in Sales Academy is for us to accelerate our learning culture via the development of our on-demand offering.

Over the 12 months of the max term contract, the Sales L&D Specialist will play a critical role in building an on-demand learning and onboarding offering from scratch for one of the biggest media sales teams in the country.


As SalesL&D Specialist you will:

  • Manage day to day Learning & Development administration for Sales Academy, and the Sales Portal
  • Develop the Sales Academy eLearning content & building a dedicated selflearning platform
  • Develop and build an onboarding program for sales, including all technical sales training
  • Develop a bespoke skills matrix for sales
  • Support the Sales P&C Business partners with ad hoc projects to deliver on our People Strategy
This role is being offered on a Full Time, Max Term basis for 12 months.

Qualifications:


Ideally you will have a background in Sales roles, as well as some experience in a Training, L&D and/or Digital/eLearning role.

You will bring a solid understanding of the sales environment, its challenges and rewards, and what training it takes for a sales team to succeed.


Your passion for Sales and for cultivating a learning culture where people are empowered and inspired to take ownership of their development will be key to your success.

What we would ideally like to see on your resume:

  • Experience building eLearning content and platforms
  • Experience with an Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Capability in building and maintaining Sales onboarding materials and training modules
  • Understanding of Skills matrices and frameworks
