**_About the position_**

Our community services teams are key in providing care and support to a range of our clients.

Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team including business and workforce planning and systems to ensure effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing the centre operations in all matters relating to standard of care, legislative requirements, staffing, finances and business operations.

AQ's Multi Service Centres provide a restorative and wellness approach to support older people stay engaged within their community. Our Multi Service Centres are based in home-like cottages in order to evoke feelings of comfort, relaxation and personability, familiarity and independence.

**_ About you_**

To be successful in this essential role, you offer an extensive background in Community, Human Services or Health sector including the following:

- Substantial operational and management experience including sustainability of multiple services programs.
- A strong, robust understanding of community services including Aged Care encompassing CHSP and Home Care as well as Disability Support
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends including Government reforms and the likely outcomes
- Confident mentor, motivator and coach, providing a cohesive working environment to support clients and staff
- Previous experience managing budgets and financial requirements of multiple sites or services, including contractual compliance
- Management of people including recruitment, on-boarding and professional review processes

Along with your practical experience, you will bring a number of essential personal attributes and abilities:

- Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to influence and negotiate to drive effective outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a professional, productive manner to a large and diverse number of people
- A dedicated client-centric approach and the commitment to develop and implement service delivery with this focus
- Relationship and rapport building capabilities with a collaborative nature
