About the role

We’re seeking a Self Service & Chatbot Specialist to contribute to the optimisation and advancement of our current chatbot capability. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving customer experiences and achieving higher levels of digital containment.

You’ll join an innovative team, that plays a crucial part in our pursuit of creating a comprehensive and seamless digital experience across all channels.

As our Self Service and Chatbot Specialist, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Support developing and implementing a comprehensive self-service and chatbot strategy- Gather requirements and analyse how to understand customer needs and business requirements- Analyse and report on key performance metrics related to self-service and chatbot effectiveness- Support activities related to supplier management, risk assessment, and compliance- Monitor and analyse crucial metrics and performance indicators of self-service channels

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Experience supporting optimising self-service channels, with a strong focus on chatbot implementation and optimisation- Knowledge of chatbot technologies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Passionate about digital first outcomes and digital transformation- Strong interpersonal communications and stakeholder management skill
