**The Opportunity**:
ResourceCo have recently acquired a successful long-term business in **Brooklyn, Victoria**. We are continuing to expand and grow our Business in 2023 and beyond, and our new site in Brooklyn forms a critical and exciting part of this. Our people are integral to our success, and as such, we have a new opportunity available for you to join our team as an experienced **Loader Operator**.

You will be responsible sorting raw feed, stockpile management, loading screens and loading trucks, whilst meeting daily targets. This is a **permanent, full time secure role, with ample hours available across the week and weekends**.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Ensure Loader is maintained regularly and to a high standard, to optimise productivity
- Operate in a safe manner at all times to optimise machine performance and operational requirements
- Develop and maintain strong effective relationships with key external stakeholders e.g. customers, raw material suppliers.
- Ensure all plant documents are maintained including incident reports and pre-start checklists

**Skills and Experience**
- Must hold a current** **Loader ticket
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- Traffic management understanding and experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and organise work demands and deadlines
- Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
