We are looking for a Risk Manager to play a critical role in maturing the risk management practices and culture across Goodstart. This will include ongoing review and updating of existing enterprise risks and associated mitigating controls.
The Risk Manager will need broad operational risk and resilience experience and be able to develop positive stakeholder relationships.
**Your Impact**:
Provide specialist risk management support, advice, oversight and challenge to leaders across the organisation.
Proactively identify and assess emerging risks, as well as ongoing review and improvement of existing enterprise risks.
Develop robust incident management practices.
Implement a fit-for-purpose risk maturity model and deliver Risk Framework training.
Develop and maintain a Business Resilience Framework, encompassing crisis management, business continuity and major incident / event coordination.
Lead annual Business Impact Assessment process, as well as preparation and management of Business Continuity Plans.
Oversee insurance claims and ensure effective systems and procedures are in place.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive risk and compliance reports as required by the business.
Facilitate, with the outsourced provider, the delivery of an internal audit plan.
**You’ll bring to the table**:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a risk and/ or resilience role within a large, multi
- site, service-related organisation.
Skilled problem solver - ability to think strategically and commercially.
A Tertiary Qualification in law, business or related field is desirable.
