About you
As our National Lead Medical Educator IT Platforms, you’ll be an experienced Medical Educator with extensive experience and exposure to medical education and IT systems. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
strong understanding of the interface between medical education and IT systems.
experience in training management systems (TMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
FRACGP or equivalent.
About the opportunity
The National Lead Medical Educator IT Platforms, will be responsible for medical educator leadership in the development and delivery of the IT systems that support GP training with a focus on the TMS and LMS within the College. You’ll ensure these systems provide clarity to the supporting IT teams whilst ensuring they are purpose built to meet the needs of GP education and training. In addition, you’ll:
provide strategic leadership to the Medical Education team at a national, regional, and local operations level to achieve RACGP’s operational plan
work with the education team to understand their needs and how this can be supported by the IT platforms
lead the Medical Education team at a national level to create consistency, inspiring, and motivating team members to innovate and perform to their full potential
oversee the development and editing of content on the LMS
