**The Role**: We are currently looking for a Mobility Operations Team Leader-Fleet to join our collaborative Mobility Team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager -Mobility, this will play a key role in the service delivery and sales growth of the Fleet business by enabling and supporting the fleet operations team.

**What you'll do**
- Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of their objectives and where they fit into the overall departmental and organisational strategy, and to make sure they have the necessary skills to deliver great results through coaching and development.
- To lead and motivate the team to ensure that the highest levels of performance and service standards are achieved with the aim of continuous improvement in quality, performance and efficiency.
- Strategically assess and continually improve - systems, processes, services and policies in support of the fleet and wider organisational objectives.
- Ensure new processes are appropriately implemented and procedures updated in accordance with VWFS guidelines.
- Company Fleet administration including ordering, procurement and enquiries
- Ordering, dispatch and cancellation of fuel cards and maintaining accurate records of them.
- Infringement processing
- Calculation and payment of registration costs within relevant states territories
- Vehicle Service, Maintenance and Tyre Authorisations, Processing and Cost Control
- Responsible for preparation and submission and continuation of Services Tenders i.e. fuel, insurance, accident management etc.
- Manage the preparation of contractual documentation and facilitate settlements.

**What you'll bring**
- Proven fleet operations and customer service ability including persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of a fleet leasing, gained through at least 2 years' experience
- Ability to motivate and manage direct and indirect teams of employees across multiple functions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels of the business.
- Able to work with multi-disciplinary teams at a variety of levels.
- Self-motivated, excellent organisation skills and ability to use own initiative.
- Creative thinking, problem solving and critical analysis skills.
- Thorough understanding of fleet operating systems and technology.
