**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists to join Monash Residential Services as a Business Services Coordinator. You will provide high level administrative and office management support to the Monash Residential Services (MRS) Management Office by interacting and facilitating interactions between the Director and the Senior Management team, Administration and Residential Support Team (RST) staff across all sites.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing high level administrative and office support services including financial administration and reconciling of financial activities, and overseeing projects within MRS
- Coordinating training programs, travel and accommodation of residents and staff, managing events as well as registration and memberships with local councils and industry organisations
- Coordinating the content, updates and consistency of the MRS (RST Program) web presence, including the main MRS site, and ancillary (campaign) sites like Res Start
- Monitoring key legislative changes and acting as a key source of advice for MRS issues and being a key liaison to main effective relationships with a network of relevant University staff, clients and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative and office support, including financial administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, research and highly developed problem solving skills
- Project management experience
