**The opportunity**:
Discover a role that merges the traditional duties of a Personal Assistant with the dynamic collaboration of a Team Assistant. This opportunity offers a diverse and stimulating work environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Director of Innovation and contributing to the efficiency of our innovative team.

As the Personal Assistant to our Director of Innovation, you'll manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Simultaneously, you'll step into the role of a Team Assistant, facilitating group meetings, aiding in the planning of external engagements, managing communication channels, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

This role is offered on a 12 month contract as a parental leave cover.

**Your responsibilities include**:
Director of Innovation support (0.4FTE)

Provide a high level of daily administrative support and coordination to meet the needs of the Director of Innovation including but not limited to:
Diary management
Meeting planning, organisation, and coordination with both internal and external contacts

Innovation team support (0.6FTE)

Provide administrative support to the Innovation team including:
Meeting/event planning organisation and coordination for the whole Innovation team (will include in some cases taking minutes of meetings as well as ensuring Innovation team’s attendance at key events/meetings)
Coordinate office space planning for the Innovation team and their visitors

**What we need from you**:
Qualification in a relevant field and/or relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad variety of stakeholders both written & verbal
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular, Word, Power Point and MS Teams as well as Adobe Pro and Docusign
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
