**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Ongoing Full Time
- Hybrid flexible working arrangements available
- Band 5 salary $73,491 + 10.5% super

Join our small but dynamic Communications and Engagement team and help us connect with our community.

In this busy - but always interesting - role you will write media releases, speeches, newsletters and online content.

You will also help with the development and design of marketing material and assist with the delivery of engagement activities.

We are looking for someone who has strong writing skills, innovation and a ‘let’s do this’ attitude. Design and/or digital comms experience is a plus.

Every day is different and we are looking for someone that will help us to achieve big things in our small team.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Rleations, Multimedia or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands and fluctuating workloads.
- Ability to contribute and play a part in the success of a small high performing team.
- Proven analytical skills to research and collect data from multiple sources and understand how to use this information to develop improvements.
