This role will be expected to work from our Auburn-based offices. Your typical day to day duties will include:

- Data entry tasks in our database, to record donations and orders.
- Assisting our accounts team with filing.
- Production of orders for the Fulfilment Team.
- Mail merging letters.
- Assistance with Banking.
- Organising of couriers.
- Use of a trolley to move boxes of print materials and books around our offices.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Has previous experience in an administration role.
- Has professional skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Holds a current NSW drivers licence and has access to their own vehicle.
