**About the role**:
We're looking for Workshop Technicians and Field Service Technicians to play a crucial role in our client's operations by providing technical expertise and support in the workshop or field environment. This position is responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and installations of equipment and machinery. Both roles will collaborate with a team of professionals and contribute to the efficient functioning of a workshop and the overall success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment and machinery
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Assist with the installation, setup, and testing of new equipment and machinery.
- Prepare service reports, including detailed descriptions of work performed and parts used. Provide recommendations for improvements or modifications to enhance equipment performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE, to minimize accidents and ensure a hazard-free workspace

**Key selection Criteria**:

- Cert III in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience as a Technician or Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with knowledge of various equipment and machinery
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
