GreenLife Group (GLG) is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide field and mechanical support to the operations team delivering grounds maintenance services throughout the Brisbane and surrounds region

**What does a GLG Field Service Technician do?**

Realistically it’s a day-to-day juggling act, that requires you to be a strategic thinker, good communicator, and delegator. You need to be decisive, honest, creative while being process driven and caring.

The main duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate preventative and routine maintenance of all fleet and equipment
- Coordinate external service and repairs of all fleet and equipment
- Manage the workshop and maintain a record of all servicing and repairs
- Educate and train staff on preventative and routine maintenance practices
- Repair and maintain small engines, mowers, tractors, and other related equipment.
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and equipment recovery in the workshop and in the field.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience - you will have relevant mechanical experience including hydraulic and auto electrical knowledge (grounds maintenance experience advantageous)
- Qualifications - relevant trade qualification, MR license, white card and vehicle recovery certification would be advantageous
- Systems - you will be is excited by the prospect to be trained in utilising fleet management software and associated systems
- Passion - we are seeking the person who can truly deliver the results, not necessarily the person that has the best skills on paper who knows that knowledge means that you never stop learning
- Pride - at GLG we want a well organised person with excellent communication skills who takes initiative and can work autonomously letting their work speak for itself
