**Service Advisor**
- Full-time role, $65,000 - $75,000 + Shift Allowance
- Monday to Friday (Afternoon Shift)

**About the role**

This isn’t your typical service advisor role that lacks work-life balance and low pay with no support network. Our client is an industry leader in commercial vehicles and has a strong focus on people and culture. We encourage people from a wide variety of backgrounds to apply.

**Duties**
- Provide optimum levels of customer service at all times
- Assist in the invoicing, purchase orders and general admin
- Ensure data accuracy
- Communicate and provide frequent updates to customers and the workshop team
- Liaise with technicians and third-party repairers
