Our client is a local business with a strong customer base and plenty of work. Due to growth, they are looking to take on a Service Advisor to join their team located in Prestons, NSW.

**About the role**

**Duties**
- Quote and update customers on repairs required.
- Prepare job cards and invoices.
- Ensure correct parts are allocated to invoices.
- Take calls and handle enquiries accordingly.
- Order necessary parts required for bookings.
- Attention to detail while handling payments and invoices.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Other adhoc duties as required.

- **Heavy vehicle mechanic qualifications essential**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor desirable
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude
- Strong focus on customer care and professionalism
