We are currently seeking the services of an experienced, enthusiastic, customer focused **STORE MANAGER **to join the sales team at our **ADELAIDE STORE.**

**The role**:
You will be responsible for managing the ENFIELD STORE, overseeing the annual sales program focused on Gas Log Fires and Wood Heaters, engaging with customers and contributing to the continual development and improvement of the store.

We are seeking dynamic, customer oriented experienced store manager to steer our ADELAIDE sales team.

**Strong leadership and previous store management skills are essential to succeed in this role.**
- **This role will involve Weekend rosters throughout the season (March-September)**_

- Leading a close-knit team
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Rostering the current sales team
- Direct engagement with customer sales experience.
- Extremely well organised
- Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task
- Able to work autonomously and effectively with other team members to optimise workflow.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Present a professional work ethic, and value integrity, honesty and commitment.
- Possess a positive and energetic 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- A team player
- Working weekends essential throughout the Season

While heating appliance knowledge is an advantage, it's your demonstrated ability to track down sales, follow leads and close deals while attributing a high level of professionalism to our already strong customer service values.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Enfield, SA 5085: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
