The position is responsible for driving the product User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design for **KPMG Origins.** You will be working closely with KPMG Origins Product and Sales teams as well as Customers to translate Product Vision and Strategy into creating the best user experience.

**Your Opportunity**

Forming part of the **KPMG Origins** team this role will play a key accountability as a **Manager **by:
**UX Design: -**
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to satisfy customer needs.
- Conduct user research and useability testing - collate feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity, inclusivity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Create storyboards, personas, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and articulate design deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Define interaction models and evaluating success.

**UI Design: -**
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Experience in working with and creating/ maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design and design for at least AA compliance
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Strong visual skills with the ability to create basic graphics.

**Stakeholder Management: -**
- Be able to build relationships quickly with many different stakeholders. You are articulate and intelligent, with solid communication skills.
- Liaison with external team members (e.g. Project Manager, Business Subject Matter Experts, Testers) in the production of a finished product.
- Identify and understand the client business context, demands and opportunities.
- Ability to influence at all levels.

**How are you extraordinary?**
- Have a strong understanding of the end-to-end design process and integrate user insights into design decisions.
- Be comfortable and willing to get involved in tasks outside of your direct role, for example, service design and content design.
- Be agile and dynamic in your approach to work with the ability to context switch and adapt to new requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum experience in the following**:

- 3+ years’ experience working as a UX/UI Designer
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering)
- Experience with Product Development Lifecycle
