**The Company**
Working for a well-known FMCG organisation with leading brands and a strong presence in the Australian market. They pride themselves on being customer focused, putting people first and always aiming to improve. This is a 3 - 4-month contract opportunity where you will be managing collections and rebates.
**The Role**
This is a busy role with a variety of responsibilities that include;
- Management of your own ledger
- Investigate and process claims
- Managing rebates and promotions
- Maintain client records
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Prompt & efficient handling of all disputes and enquiries
- Allocation of accounts
- Ideally you will have SAP or similar large ERP system and Excel knowledge
- You will have previous experience in a similar Credit role
- Ideally you will have worked within a FMCG or retail environment
- You will have solid attention to detail and time management skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills are a must
