Our client’s office is located in the bustling Inner West and they focus on asset management, development and selling off plan apartments right across Sydney. This group have a hard working and experienced team that offers a professional and flexible work environment. Working in the sales and investment management team this role will manage all of the sales and property management administration and marketing tasks.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Working in the sales team you will manage the sales process from A-Z to ensure a smooth transaction for clients. You will also have the scope to get involved in channel agent management, marketing coordination and admin support to the investment management team.
- Liaison with solicitors, banks, and brokers
- Order contracts, chase exchanges and nurture buyers to settlement
- Book valuations, final inspections and arrange rental appraisals
- Receipt deposits
- Ensure buyers have funds are in place for settlement
- Manage compliance for all sales paperwork
- Attend launch events, key hand overs and pre-settlement inspections
- Act as central point of contact for all channel agents
- Distribute marketing and pricing information to channel agents
- Upload properties to website, REA and Domain
- Order brochures, signboards and additional print media
- Coordinate social media content and share with creative agency
- A solid understanding of the residential sales process
- Experience with contract administration
- An interest in marketing
- The ability to take instructions and work as a part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A passion for property and a love for administration
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Ability to build relationships and work with a team
- Full Australian work rights
