This is your opportunity to join our Member Engagement Team and become the voice of our iconic Motor and Home Insurance and Emergency Roadside and Emergency Home Assistance products and services.

Our valued inbound phone-based Customer Service Consultants help our members find the best value products and services for their needs and give them the peace of mind that they are protected by one of the most trusted brands in Victoria.

**What will you be doing**:
This is a
**permanent full-time role** commencing
**Monday, 11th September 2023**

After completing our fully paid and supported training program, you will join our team upon a
**Fixed Roster**. The roster
**includes shifts scheduled between the hours of 9:30 am - 6:00 pm,**
**Monday to Friday. **No Weekend Work

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, having personalised and meaningful conversations to identify needs and offer the best solutions to deliver on our brand promise. Being multi-skilled, you will be able to provide information to new and existing members about all RACV's products and services plus, much more
**You will also be responsible in assisting member enquiries who require the services of a Mandarin speaking consultant.**

- Bilingual - fluent in both English and Mandarin language

- have strong verbal and written communication skills, and-
- be able to achieve both individual and team goals.Previous phone-based and face-to-face customer service experience is highly regarded.
