**About the Patient Safety and Clinical Excellence Division**

The Patient Safety and Clinical Excellence Division is located within the Directorate of the Chief Medical Officer and provides leadership and oversight of systems and processes that enable the delivery of safe, effective and appropriate care for our patients. The Division is made up of the Patient Safety Unit, Patient Experience Unit and Clinical Excellence Unit.

**About the role**

Austin Health is parterning with the Victorian Agency for Health Information to implement a near real-time reporting program for clinical incidents and also leadership of the Victorian Health Incident Module (VHIMs) minimum dataset review.

A regular day will see you.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Project lead.
- Provide support to health services in the implementation of the developed Riskman automation platform.
- Provide support to health services experiencing difficulties in the implementation of the Riskman automation platform.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in developing supportive relationships, mapping of issues and communities of practice in best practice incident management.

**About you**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team to provide high-level project support to the VAHI Project Lead.

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and a willingness to learn new skills.
- High level computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 packages with the ability to combine data onto single spreadsheets (and set up analytics).
- Ability to setup filing with adequate architecture to deliver secure reliable retrieval of records.
- Experience in data entry and electronic document control.
