Our client is a well-regarded, boutique financial planning, accounting and business advisory practice located in the Adelaide CBD. They have built a reputation based on trust, integrity and work hard to achieve results for their clients.

They are actively looking to hire an experienced Client Services Officer / Administrator who will specialise in the implementation of advice provided by the Financial Planners, whilst also offering superior client service to a portfolio of top level clients.

**The Role**:

- Booking client appointments and Advisor diary management
- Work closely with the Senior Financial Planner
- Involved with the end-to-end process of providing advice and support to clients
- Provide a high level of client service
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Prepare for client meetings, for both new and existing clients
- Manage advice implementation
- CRM database management - X-Plan
- Assist with research on clients existing accounts/policies
- Action ad hoc client requests and assist with general office admin
- Management of client engagement procedure

**About You**:

- Well organised and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously

**Preferred Skills**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative / CSO role ideally in a financial planning practice
- Experience in the Microsoft office suite
- Experience in use of a CRM package preferably X-Plan
- Strong level of confidentiality and discretion is a must
