- **We are on the hunt for a Bush Regeneration Team Lead to join our clients growing team**

Our client has been engaged to undertake integrated Weed Management in accordance with a detailed strategic plan for a high-profile site in the Hunter Valley. Accordingly, they are seeking Bush Regeneration Team Leaders to help facilitate bush regeneration team members on the project under the direction of the project manager.

**Who will you be working with?**

Priding themselves on integrity and high ethical standards, our client services and delivers ground maintenance, land management, bush regeneration and conservation, bush fire risk mitigation and management, arboriculture, sports fields maintenance and landscape construction. They aim to offer prompt and innovative solutions for all landscape maintenance requirements.

- 38 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

**What will you be doing?**
- Hedging and pruning
- Whipper snipping and mowing
- Chemical spraying
- Operate machinery and equipment
- General grounds maintenance and clean up
- Bush Regeneration

**What do you need?**
- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or environmental related discipline.
- Proven experience in developing and managing teams. (self-motivated, proactive, use initiative and be able to create a positive team environment).
- Experience and a passion for practical environmental restoration and weed management.
- Highly developed weed identification and native plant identification skills.
- Proven ability to work in remote bushlands under various weather conditions and terrain.
- Adequate level of physical fitness for manual weed removal and lift a 10kg load.
- AQF3 CHEMCert Certificate and demonstrated experience in high volume herbicide spraying units and back-pack sprayers.
- Class C driver’s license.
- Requirements for working on site:

Construction Induction White Card.
- National Police Check.
- Ability to undertake Security clearance.
- Australian Citizenship is a requirement.
