The Program Development and Performance (PDP) Section is responsible for developing, publishing and administering the four-year Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP). Through the delivery of priority initiatives, activities and projects, our teams add value by: - managing approvals for program variations, land resumptions, road declarations and Executive Council, Ministerial and DDG contract and project approvals
- ensuring governance and legislative requirements are met for federally-funded projects
- monitoring program delivery performance and managing program changes
- building capability across the department by delivering TMR's project management, estimating and scheduling training programs
- contributing to front-line system support for TMRs TIP systems including the 3PCM Solution.In the role of Advisor (Program Development and Performance) you will provide professional and proactive high-level support and advice to the Executive Director (Program Development and Performance) and the Program Development and Performance Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, multi-disciplinary team, providing high level strategic stakeholder engagement and program support to the section.Accountabilities include but are not limited to: - Managing the flow of incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the Executive Director and PDP Leadership Team are aware of any issues and/or requests, including recommendations for corrective action to achieve objectives. Representing the Executive Director and actively participate at meetings as required. Managing the administrative function for the Executive Director's office to provide an efficient and effective level of service to the Program Development and Performance Leadership Team. Researching, analysing and providing advice on human resources, administration and departmental policy issues. Proactively managing the section's Microsoft Teams pages, SharePoint and Website content including updating databases with branch project information.
