**Responsibilities**:
As an management trainee within the sales department, you will initially learn the sales process from beginning through to completion to ensure you have a strong foundation and knowledge of how the company works. In addition to maintaining personal sales targets, you will:

- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions accordingly.
- Organise workshops and individual training sessions to facilitate skill development.
- Offer support and guidance to new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Supervise employee performance and monitor their response to training.
- Stay updated on new techniques and trends in corporate teaching.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in a leadership position (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good critical thinking and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
