**The Opportunity**:
Veolia is looking for a Team Leader to manage a small team of 3-6 people and oversee the day to day Operations in our Product Destruction Unit (PDU) at our facility at Welshpool.

Shifts are Monday to Friday from 6.00am with the occasional weekend depending on workload.

This PDU is responsible for the destruction of alcohol and organic materials.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Organise the workload of the team
- Ensure the safety of all employees in their work environment
- Provide input and suggestions to improve safety across site
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience working in waste industry desirable
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Forklift Licence
- Skid Steer licence, training will be provided
- Good verbal communication
- Positive attitude
- Safety conscious mindset
- Communicate with labour hire companies
