Team leader:
Scheduling

Are you ready to take your hands on, team leadership to the next level?


Auscare's Staffing Division provides on-demand support staff to work in nursing homes, hospitals, disability facilities and in client homes under NDIS and Aged Care programs.


Looking For the Leader who can:

  • Lead a team in scheduling/rostering staff to fill shifts
  • Track, Analyse and report results.
  • Ensure Schedulers achieve each day's objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with Auscare standards.
  • Supporting staff to develop their skills and achieve their best.
  • Working with the Managers of other Divisions to ensure their shift staffing needs are met.

Mandatory skills Required:

Additional essential skills include:

  • Attention to detail in managing the computerised Staff Allocation systems.
  • High level skills in Excel and databases.
This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented position, essential to maintaining the ongoing rapid expansion of the entire Auscare Group.

What we require:

  • Relevant formal qualifications are important (degree, diplomas, relevant skills and experience).
  • A police clearance done within the last six months.

This position is based at our head office in Welshpool. You will be part of our Management Team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Schedule:

  • Weekdays, weekends, and afterhours

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

From $70,000.00 per year
