We welcome you to join our dynamic team in this exciting new role. Working alongside the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery, in the role of Clinical Project Manager you will be primarily responsible for the design and establishment of new clinical services for MDHS.

**Clinical Project Manager**

**Fixed Term - to commence ASAP until 7**th** August 2023**

**Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight**
- Classification_: Clinical Nurse Consultant - ZA8 _
- Award_: _Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024 _

Working alongside the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery, in the role of Clinical Project Manager you will be primarily responsible for the design and establishment of new clinical services for MDHS. Within this role, you will ensure new clinical services are established safely and aligned with current best practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

**Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills**
- Demonstrated experience clinical service design / project management
- In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, accreditation framework and policies
- Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
