We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Sales & Administration professional. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Provide assistance to the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with external sales representatives to coordinate sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction

**Order Processing**:

- Efficiently process and manage orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, administration, and other departments.
- Keep team members informed about order status, inventory levels, and other relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales support and administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,760.00 - $50,000.00 per year
