About the business and the role

Duties and responsibilities

Managing customer accounts, inbound sales.

Providing customers with product quotes.

Ensuring all data entry and order processing are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Comply with policies, procedures & quality standards within industry regulations.

Skills and Experience

Customer Service/ Communication skills.

Strong levels of personal presentation and attention to detail.

Well-developed computer knowledge and understanding.

Previous experience in a professional Admin/Sales role is highly desirable.

Driver’s licence required.
