A beautiful 100 place spacious service located in the Western Suburbs requires an experienced Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher to extend the practice and pedagogy of educators across the Centre.

This role is a mixture of working on the floor in a multi-age capacity, along with significant non-contact time. This ensures that you have the opportunity to work alongside all educators, participate in reflective discussions and have a strong understanding of the needs of the children within each environment.

**Some keen considerations for the role**:

- An ACECQA/recognised Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree In Early Education
- ECT must be NESA registered
- 2+ years in a similar leadership position.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s
- Exceptional knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy - experience using web-based documentation systems preferred.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
