What does the job look like?

As the Fuel and Master Data Officer, you will be the enterprises SME on both Fuel Reconciliation and Master data ensuring weekly/monthly Fuel journals are posted timely as well as AP Vendors/Suppliers being set up accurately with regular reviews to ensure payments are being make to the correct entities. You will also set up customer accounts within an agreed KPI and work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to meet ATO and Linfox audit requirements.

The role services requirements within Linfox Logistics, Armaguard and Bevchain within Australia. Key areas:

- Account reconciliations to be completed from multiple data sources (i.e. Balance sheets, Fuel Tanks, Card Readers).
- Identify and investigate reconciliation issues and liaise with Procurement, Fleet, management accountants and Site Managers to resolve the issues.
- Confirm and load the weekly/daily/monthly data file/s received from external vendors and resolve any issues identified with the internal stakeholder and/or external vendors.
- Processing of fuel journals and invoices for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Maintain and Update SAP Equipment/Material Master Register to Linfox standards.
- Maintaining 100% accuracy with the onboarding and maintenance of vendor and customer Master Data.

Are you the one?

You are early in your finance career with great stakeholder engagement skills, a high attention to detail and can effectively gather information, analyse problems, make sound judgments and can develop appropriate solutions. You can demonstrate:

- Proven experience in an account payable, expense management or finance environment in a large dynamic organisation is advantageous.
- Understanding of fuel reconciliations and master data compliance is beneficial.
- Excellent reconciliation skills and journal entry experience.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and experience using SAP.
