The purpose of Customer Experience and Digital Technology is to design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australian's love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post. The key areas that Customer Experience and Digital Technology is responsible for include Customer Experience, Customer Services, Decipha, Identity and Financial Services, Digital Channels, Data Science, Data Commercialisation, Product Engineering and Platforms, as well as Technology.

**What does the role involve?**

The Cyber Defence team comprises of cyber security experts who protect Australia Post from cyber-attacks. As a Security Specialist, you will be a part of Vulnerability Management team, within Cyber Defence, ISO and some of your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting vulnerability scans, analysing reports, and validating potential findings;
- Working with teams to proactively identify and remediate security flaws and vulnerabilities;
- Tracking and providing metrics and insights on vulnerabilities and remediation;
**What we're looking for?**
- Relevant working experience including identifying and remediating vulnerabilities and security flaws in complex environments;
- Detailed knowledge of the cyber threat landscape with an understanding of vulnerability management strategies, processes, and threat modelling;
- Expertise conducting vulnerability scans, analysing reports, and validate potential findings;
- Expertise in leading the analysis of large and complex data sets;
- Coding skills and exposure/ experience in Cloud would be advantageous;
You will be comfortable and have the ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders.
