- **What you’ll deliver with us**

Lead the cyber security team that enables SecurePay to deliver secure products and services to customers and protects SecurePay assets and information.

The role understands the emerging threat landscape and works with business and technology stakeholders to manage cyber risk. The role leads the operational cyber security function and meets compliance obligations. This includes a small team of Security Operations and Application Security Engineers, with the possibility of expanding the skills to DevSecOps in the near future.

**You’ll also**
- Review, maintain, develop and report on the SecurePay ISMS, and have significant input to maintaining the ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS L1 compliance activities of SecurePay.
- Manage and run all aspects of BAU information security work for SecurePay.
- Enhance the SecurePay and Australia Post Security Culture, Experience and awareness to ensure security posture is maintained and improved.
- Be a leader in bridging the multiple ISO and SecurePay Security teams to ensure 2 way sharing and skills transition between teams. We all learn and grow together.

**What experience is required for the position?**
- Minimum 8+ years experience in the cyber security or information technology industries.
- Security industry experience (e.g. involvement in information security forums such as AISA, ISACA or government led forums.
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams.
- Advanced knowledge of information security related emerging threats, trends and themes.
- Expert knowledge of external government and industry compliance programs such as PSPF, PCI, Privacy and ISO27001.
