Specialising in medical and health equipment, this exciting and varied opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to provide Administration & Customer Service support for the Service Unit.

Based in Seven Hills, you will enjoy the variety each day brings;
- Answering calls (approx. 20 - 25 calls per day)
- Logging orders/ jobs and updating information
- Monitoring job submissions
- Liaising with Technicians (9) across 3 states
- Allocating jobs to Technicians
- Assisting the Service Coordinator ie: quoting & invoicing
- Data entry

To be successful in the role you will have;
- Strong administration experience (Service, Technical or Parts Administration experience is an advantage)
- Customer focus, with an ability to develop rapport
- Strong entry and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
