My client is a **global leader** within their industry and is looking for an experienced supervisor/manager to join their company as **Store Manager**. This role will be overseeing two stores within a 5 minute drive of eachother in **Pheasant's Nest.**

This role will be paying $65-70k + super.

The role:

- Managing a team of 8 employees and ensuring that KPIs are met
- Working alongside an Assistant Manager to ensure food safety and WHS
- Managing the store budget and expnses
- Creating rosters in line with business needs
- Meeting sales targets and maintaining quality of the products
- Identifying creative ways to grow and maximise Store's performance
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting and working alongside the Area Manager
- Recruting and retaining staff members
