**About us**
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
**What you will be doing**
The Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will contribute to the continue co-design, and implementation of the ACI's Patient Reported Measures Program, inclusive of the Health Outcome and Patient Experience (HOPE) platform to improve the patient, staff and consumer experience within NSW Hospitals and Health Agencies; as well as other initiatives that improve patient, carer and staff experiences within NSW Health.
The Patient Reported Measures Project Officer will work collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, Consumers, Carers, NSW Health Pillar partner agencies, Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, Primary Health Networks and Primary Health Care staff to identify and act on opportunities for reform and innovation in care delivery.
This position will undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation and milestone reporting. The position will also provide advice on the development and implementation of the Patient Reported Measures program across NSW Health.

**Selection Criteria / Questions**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience in working with patients and carers to capture their experience and improve their care.
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management, leading implementation of projects and/or initiatives and change management.
- Extensive experience and substantial knowledge of integrated care including existing approaches to aged care and chronic disease management.
- Highly developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and package complex information rapidly and accurately using verbal and written communications.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders, to represent and present on behalf of the Agency for Clinical Innovation.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills including the ability to resolve conflicts, competing demands and prioritising resources.

**COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy**
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
