City Finance, a trusted name in the Australian lending market for the past 25 years, specializes in providing small, unsecured personal loans up to $5,000. As a financially secure and agile organization, City Finance is known for its strong expertise and growth forecasts.

As a Lending Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lending Team in achieving lending budgets.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting loan interviews and compiling income and expense information
- Collecting and collating financial information about customers
- Identifying and converting sales opportunities for City Finance's personal loan products
- Maintaining strong customer relationships

We are looking for Lending Officers who:

- Have a genuine interest in helping customers and building rapport through a professional approach
- Preferably have previous sales, lending, or credit experience in financial services or retail banking
- Demonstrate drive and commitment to achieve personal and team targets
- Embrace a cooperative team approach

- 8:30 am to 5 pm
- 11 am to 7 pm
- 9 am to 2 pm
- 2 pm to 7 pm

Additionally, suitable applicants may have the possibility of remote work, providing even more flexibility.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

- EIGHT MILE PLAINS, QLD 4113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
