**Role Description/Criteria**

The Facilities Manager supports the College's teaching and learning activities through a range of activities. This position has operational responsibility and ensures the College's Policies and Procedures are adhered to in relation to the facility management. The Facilities Manager is responsible for presenting well maintained buildings, gardens and grounds for the College community to enjoy. A hands-on role, the Facilities Manager works closely with and reports directly to the Business Manager.
