**Your new role**:
Join Vinnies as full-time** Store Manager **in **Gymea,** this role is responsible for overseeing all retail operations, including merchandising, pricing of stock, achieving sales targets and ensuring that customers have the best shopping experience with Vinnies. Your ability to motivate and lead the team towards their maximum performance are vital to this role. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you become an integral part of the team.

**Your responsibilities in your new role**:

- Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
- Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail **OR**:

- Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
