**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Property Services Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Daily controls on common area presentation
- Onsite building, plant and equipment maintenance
- Asset and infrastructure management
- Move in co-ordination of owners and rental tenants
- Maintenance of a key register and daily log
- Management of operational warranties, compliance and contractors
- Management of Caretaking requirements as appointed by the Body Corporate
- Preparation of reports for Body Corporate meetings
- Ensuring the property is always safe and well-controlled
- Management of key registers
- Rotate after hours emergency phone with other caretaker as required

**About You**
- 3+ years’ residential building management experience
- Strong knowledge of Body Corporate legislation and components of Management Rights assets
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agents Licence (desirable)
- Mybos building management software experience (desirable)
- Ability to communicate successfully with a wide range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on call
- Driver’s license
- Ability to work days Tuesday to Saturday
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
